Test Team Lead

I’m looking for an experienced Test Team Lead to assist my client for a 12 month contract on a large data migration project.

In order to lead the team to success, the ideal candidate will have previous Test Lead experience and have excellent knowledge of testing strategies for data migration.

The successful candidate will be offered a daily rate of €500 - €550 per day, the ability to work flexibly on site one day per week and the potential for ongoing extensions to the contract!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the transformation and improvement of the test processes
• Create and deliver the test strategy within an agile methodology
• Train, monitor and review the performance of the team to ensure they meet the project objectives
• Work alongside internal and external partners to improve and work towards a successful project launch
• Track , manage and record any issues that arise during the testing lifecycle and deliver to management team

Requirements:

• 5 Years Software Test Lead experience and managing QA processes across multiple projects
• Strong automation and manual testing theories and strategies
• Agile, CI/CD and Dev Ops experience
• Proficiency in at least one programming language
